Our workouts or BDs (beatdowns) are completely free.
Bring a water bottle, workout mat, weights (5lbs to 15lbs, depending on fitness level) and gloves in case the BD has an exercise that has you touching the ground, i.e. bear crawls.
Each workout or "BD" is 45 minutes. If you cannot stay the whole 45 minutes, we just ask that you let us know either before the BD starts or when you leave.
Just show up! Check out the Schedule for a time, date, and location that works for you.
After every BD we have coffee, which gives our participants or "pax" the opportunity to talk and socialize. This is optional.
Wear comfortable weather-appropriate athletic clothing and sneakers. Remember, all our BDs are outside so dress accordingly.
